Product Introduction:

Lithium silicate is a compound formed by the structure and formation of metallic lithium and silicate ions. Its trade name is lithium water glass. The main production processes include the hydrated silica method and the silica sol method. This product uses high-purity silica glass as the initial raw material and utilizes a unique production process with independent intellectual property rights to prepare lithium silicate solution, which has the advantages of high purity, low viscosity, and good cement permeability.

Physical and chemical properties:

This product is a odorless, tasteless transparent liquid. It is weakly alkaline with a pH value of around 11. The relative density and viscosity of the product vary with the product model, and the relative density ranges from 1.16 to 1.19 (25 ℃). Dissolved dry water and alkaline solutions are insoluble in alcohols and organic solvents. The gel is dissociated from the acid. After the self drying solution evaporates, it can generate a dry film that is insoluble in water and has water irreversibility.

Main purpose:

Applied in concrete sealing and curing agents, waterproof coatings, powder coatings, wear-resistant materials, glass systems, molten salt systems, and high-temperature ceramic glazes, it is also used as a surface anti rust coating for steel and other materials. Used as an adhesive mainly for inorganic zinc rich coatings and advanced welding rods.

Security:

Packaged in polyethylene plastic drums. Each barrel weighs 25 kg, 250 kg, and 1200 kg. It should be stored in a ventilated and cool warehouse. During transportation, it should be avoided from direct sunlight. In winter, it should be protected from freezing and stored at 5-40 ℃
